Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• “Parimatch”, “we”, “us”, “our” — the operator of the website parimatch-in.click and the associated mobile applications, taking bets since 1994 under a Curaçao eGaming licence, number 1668/JAZ.
• “Player”, “you”, “your” — a natural person aged 18 or over who has registered an account with us.
• “Account” — the single personal account that holds your balance, your bets and your bonuses in one currency.
• “Bet” or “wager” — a stake placed on a sports market, a casino game round or an instant game round.
• “Bonus” — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or cashback granted to your account.
• “Wagering requirement” — the turnover that must be completed before bonus funds and winnings from them can be withdrawn.
• “Service” — the website, the applications and all products and features accessible through them.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old. Age is confirmed during registration and again during verification; an account opened by a minor is closed, the activity on it is voided, and the deposited balance is returned through the original payment method.

2.2 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must act on your own behalf, not as an agent for someone else.

2.3 You are responsible for knowing whether online gambling is lawful where you live. Federal law in India does not prohibit play on a licensed offshore site, but several states restrict online gaming. If the rules in your state prohibit it, do not register.

2.4 We do not accept players from territories where our licence does not allow us to operate, or where local law prohibits our service. Access from a restricted territory, including access disguised through a VPN or proxy, is a breach of these terms and may lead to the closure of your account and the voiding of the related bets.

2.5 One person holds one account. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under a different phone number, email or payment instrument, may be merged or closed.

2.6 Employees of Parimatch, their close relatives, and people professionally connected to the events we price may be excluded from specific markets or promotions.

3. Registering and running your account

3.1 Registration takes under a minute and requires accurate, current and complete information. Giving false details is a breach of these terms and can void winnings.

3.2 You choose your account currency once, at registration. Indian players normally choose INR; the currency cannot be changed afterwards.

3.3 Keep your credentials confidential. Activity carried out with your login, password and OTP is treated as your own. We never ask for your password or an OTP in chat — our agents ask only for your account ID or your registered phone number, so ignore any message that asks for more.

3.4 Two-factor confirmation by OTP protects your login, and your session closes automatically after a long idle period. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that someone else has reached your account.

3.5 Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, share or assign it, and you may not deposit or withdraw on behalf of another person.

3.6 We may refuse a registration or close an account at our discretion where these terms, our licence conditions or applicable law require it. Where an account is closed for a reason other than fraud or abuse, the remaining real-money balance is returned to you.

4. Identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks

4.1 Betting starts immediately after registration, and verification can wait until your first withdrawal. It cannot wait beyond it: no payout is released from an unverified account.

4.2 Indian players normally use Fast Aadhaar Verification — the 12-digit number and a code from SMS complete the check in about a minute. A manual review accepts a clear photograph of an Aadhaar Card or a PAN Card and is usually closed within 24 hours.

4.3 We may request additional documents at any time: proof of address, proof of ownership of a payment instrument, or evidence of source of funds. These requests come from our licence obligations on anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling, not from a dispute with you.

4.4 Pending verification, we may suspend withdrawals from the account. If verification fails, if documents are refused, or if the account is found to belong to someone other than the registered holder, we may close the account and withhold winnings arising from the misrepresentation. Deposits not connected to that breach are returned.

4.5 We monitor transactions for signs of money laundering, fraud and sanctions exposure, and we report where the law requires us to report.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

5.1 We charge no commission on deposits or on payouts. Available methods for Indian players include UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, bank transfer and cryptocurrency.

5.2 The minimum deposit is ₹300 through UPI, PhonePe or Paytm, with a ceiling of ₹30,000 per transaction; funds normally arrive within five minutes. Crypto deposits start at 10 USDT or 10 USDC and arrive after network confirmation, usually instantly.

5.3 Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 and may be cancelled while they still show as pending. Minimums and processing times depend on the method:

5.4 Money returns by the method you deposited with. Payments to a third party are not processed: the account, wallet or card must be in your own name.

5.5 Before a payout you must have used at least 100% of an INR deposit, or 70% of a crypto deposit, in bets. Depositing and immediately requesting a withdrawal without play is treated as a payment-system abuse and may be reversed, net of any fee the provider charges us.

5.6 A deposit that fails on the bank side is returned to you: refunds take about 90 minutes on UPI and roughly ten minutes on crypto.

5.7 The maximum payout on a single bet is the equivalent of 1,000,000 USD in your account currency. Large payouts may be released in instalments where our licence conditions or our payment providers require it.

5.8 Your account is for play, not for storing or transferring value. We may ask for an explanation of unusual funding patterns and may decline transactions that have no plausible gambling purpose.

6. Bonuses and promotions

6.1 A promo code is optional; the welcome offer runs without one. A code can be entered at registration or in the cashier before you confirm the payment. One code applies per account.

6.2 First-deposit offers are split by product and you choose one: sports, slots, live casino or instant games. A minimum deposit of ₹300 activates any of them.

6.3 Wagering is calculated from the bonus amount, not from your deposit. Sports requires x16 turnover within three days, slots x35 within three days, live casino x45 within seven days, and instant games x50 within five days. Maximum withdrawal from the sports bonus is five times the bonus and seven times for slots.

6.4 Qualifying bets for a sports bonus must be priced from 1.8 on singles, and a parlay used for rollover needs at least three events at 1.4 or higher. Free bets, cancelled bets and slips closed through cash-out do not count towards turnover.

6.5 Free spins, free bets and cashback carry their own caps and expiry dates, which are published with each offer and shown in your account.

6.6 Bonus abuse — including duplicate accounts, coordinated play between accounts, low-risk or hedged betting designed only to clear turnover, and the use of automated software — leads to the forfeiture of the bonus and of the winnings derived from it. Your own deposited funds are not affected.

6.7 We may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion for the future. Bonuses already credited and being wagered under the published terms are honoured.

7. Betting rules

7.1 A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed on your screen and appears in your bet history. Until then it does not exist, however it looked in the slip.

7.2 The minimum stake is ₹1 and the maximum odds on a parlay are 2000. Odds are shown in decimal format and can change between the moment you open the slip and the moment you confirm it, particularly in live markets.

7.3 Bets are settled on the official result published by the governing body of the competition. Later disqualifications, appeals or corrections do not reopen a settled market unless the official result itself is formally amended.

7.4 A bet on an event that is abandoned, postponed beyond the published rules of the market, or otherwise not completed is voided and the stake returned. In a parlay the voided leg is priced at 1.00 and the remaining legs stand.

7.5 Obvious errors are void. A price published through a technical fault, a mistyped line, a market left open after the event has been decided, or odds that are manifestly out of line with the true probability may be corrected or the bet voided and the stake returned. We apply this rule in the same way whether the error favours you or us.

7.6 Cash-out is offered on selected markets at our discretion and at the price displayed at the moment you confirm it. It may become unavailable without notice, for example while a price is suspended.

7.7 Live markets depend on data feeds that can lag behind the real event. Bets placed after an event that changes the market has already occurred may be voided.

8. Casino, live casino and instant games

8.1 Casino, live casino and instant game rounds are settled by the game rules and the random number generator of the supplying studio. Declared RTP figures are published in the rules tab of each game.

8.2 Crash titles including Aviator use Provably Fair hashing: server and client seeds combine into a result that cannot be edited after the round, and you can verify it yourself.

8.3 Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Where a game, a table or a connection fails, the round is settled on the server record; if no valid result exists, stakes are returned.

8.4 A round interrupted by a lost connection is completed on the server side, and the outcome appears in your history when you next log in.

8.5 Live tables have their own posted limits and etiquette rules. A dealer or a floor supervisor may void a hand affected by a procedural error.

9. Responsible gambling

9.1 Gambling is entertainment and must never be a way to make money or to solve a financial problem. Bet only what you can afford to lose.

9.2 Deposit limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in your account settings from the day you register. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early on request.

9.3 We may contact you, restrict promotions, apply limits or close an account where our monitoring suggests that play is causing harm.

9.4 Free and confidential support is available from organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and BeGambleAware. If you are worried about your own play or someone else’s, contact them or write to [email protected].

10. Prohibited conduct and fair play

• Opening or using more than one account, or playing on an account registered to another person.
• Fraud of any kind, including the use of stolen payment instruments or chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Collusion between players, chip-dumping, match-fixing and betting on an event whose outcome you can influence.
• Bots, scripts, automated betting software, emulators and any exploitation of a software bug or an obvious pricing error.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, overloading or interfering with the security of the service.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff, our dealers or other players.

Breach of this clause may lead to suspension of your account, voiding of the affected bets, forfeiture of winnings obtained through the breach, and reporting to the relevant authorities. Funds you deposited and did not obtain through a breach are returned.

11. Intellectual property

11.1 The Parimatch name and logo, the site, the applications, the odds compilation, the graphics, the text and the software are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or to our licensors.

11.2 You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for your own entertainment. Copying, republishing, reselling or commercially exploiting any part of it without written permission is prohibited.

12. Inactive accounts

12.1 An account with no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal for twelve consecutive months is treated as inactive. We notify you at your registered contact details before applying any measure.

12.2 We may apply a modest monthly administration fee to a positive balance on an inactive account, in line with our licence conditions. The fee never puts the balance below zero, and it stops as soon as you log in and use the account.

12.3 An inactive account is reactivated simply by logging in. Unused bonus funds expire and are not restored.

13. Availability and liability

13.1 The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it available around the clock, but maintenance, provider outages, network faults and events outside our control can interrupt it.

13.2 We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, a delay in a payment provider’s network, or your own error in placing a bet.

13.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the amount of the bets to which the claim relates.

13.4 Odds, statistics, match trackers and results displayed on the site are provided for information. Where a displayed figure conflicts with our server record, the server record governs settlement.

14. Indemnity

You agree to hold Parimatch harmless against claims, losses, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your breach of any law applicable to you.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

15.1 Raise a complaint first with our customer support team: live chat in the app or on the site, open 24/7 in English and Hindi, or [email protected]. Include your account ID, the date and time of the event, and the bet or transaction reference.

15.2 We acknowledge a written complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within ten working days. Cases that require documents from a payment provider or a game studio can take longer, and we keep you informed while they run.

15.3 If our final answer does not resolve the matter, you may escalate it to our licensing authority, Curaçao eGaming, under licence number 1668/JAZ, using the contact route published by that authority. Ask us for the reference number of your case before you do.

15.4 Nothing in this clause limits any right you have to bring a claim under the law that applies to you.

16. Licensing and governing law

16.1 Parimatch has been taking bets since 1994 and operates for Indian players under a Curaçao eGaming licence, number 1668/JAZ. Our games are tested by independent laboratories, and payout accuracy and RNG behaviour are audited regularly.

16.2 These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, the jurisdiction in which our licence is issued, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

17. Changes to these terms

17.1 We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, our payment methods, our licence conditions or the law. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.

17.2 Material changes are announced by email or by an in-account notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service, withdraw your balance and close your account.
